Belle Energie LLC is not responsible for any natural or environmental factors during the shipping process. We will ship out products at the specified time frame promised. However, we advise that you place your order in advance to allow for unplanned delays.

All address errors must be reported 24 hours after purchase.

The tracking information will be sent via email after products are processed.

SHIPPING TIME

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

Average transit times to the United States from our domestic warehouse: 4-7 Business days

Average transit times to the United States from our international warehouse: 5 - 20 Business days. Average transit times to International: 15 - 45 Business days

Again, there are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
